The third installment in our video series with Brand Ambassador Janella Purcell has been released just in time for winter.  Featuring the beauty benefits of salt particularly in treating and preventing dry winter skin and how to help reduce salt consumption in your diet to improve your wellbeing and lower blood pressure.

Flavoured Lake Salt Featured Recipes:

Yields about one cup

– Lemon Myrtle and Black Sesame Seeds

– Szechuan pepper and Lime or Mandarin Rind

– Rosemary and Orange Rind

– Gomashio: toasted sesame seeds and salt (using a surabachi instead of a mortar and pestle. I have one.)

 Method – To one cup of salt use 1 tbls each of the ingredients.

Grind the two ingredients together using a mortar and pestle. Stir through the salt. Store in an airtight jar.
